1) come with your hair washed, detangled and blown out straight. NO EXCESSIVE DANDRUFF.
A service fee will apply if we wash, blow dry, detangle or straighten.
2) come with realistic expectations.
3) moisturize your hair in moderation.
4) BE ON TIME! (Appointment is NOT guaranteed after 30 Minutes late)

*IF YOUR HAIR IS DAMAGED, let us know in advance by calling the salon as
we may or may NOT be able to serve you if we feel that braiding your hair is NOT
the best option for you.

-IF YOU'RE GETTING KNOT-LESS BRAIDS
-Your hair needs to be at least 4 inches long
-Your hair needs to be detangled and pressed.

- If your hair is not blown dry
-for Hair extension COLORS (#27, #30, #33, #35, or Burgundy)
-IF short hair (2-3 inches ) and if we can catch it

-A non refundable deposit of $30 to SECURE your appointment (BUT NOT REQUIRED).
-The remaining balance is due in cash/debit BEFORE SERVICE is rendered on the day of service.

- DO NOT BOOK MORE THAN ONCE (otherwise THEY WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE)
-You may reschedule your appointment ONE TIME ONLY and at least 24 hours before your appointment otherwise your deposit (IF ANY) will be forfeited (NO EXCEPTION.
-Please note that if you are 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled and no refund.

- YOU MUST CALL 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL TO THE SALON

-Please feel free to call in advance for help with directions to our location if needed.
-Additional service (s) "NOT" previously requested will extend your time in the salon and also MAY INCREASE your service fee.
Make sure your hair stylist/braider understands your design or specific demand you may have.
Also additional services are not guaranteed to be rendered if the time does not allow for it to be done. BOOK ACCORDINGLY
*AFTER YOUR VISIT:
- it is your responsibility to take care of your hair. Please report any problems or
concerns within 24 hours. NO REFUND
- always moisturizer your hair and wrap it before bed at night.
Satin bonnet is recommended (available at any beauty supply store)
- Prevent from pulling your braids that can cause hair loss.
